Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Uniquely tailored marketing is looking to hire a passionate marketing assistant that is ready to hit the ground running in a start-up environment. This role will work closely with the owner/CEO, and will support different marketing needs for assigned clients.

This is a part-time position that will require 10-15 hours a week. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

​

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and organizing monthly marketing reports for various clients.

  • Managing client communications via email and Slack.

  • Executing detailed email drip campaigns via Hubspot.

  • Managing social media profiles across several platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tik-Tok, and more.

  • Create various blog articles and other long-form content as well as content management.

  • Create unique marketing collateral and graphics.

  • Minor edits to the company website.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: $10/hour

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of marketing experience required

  • College Degree or currently enrolled at a university in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required

  • At least 1 year of experience in Hubspot, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)

  • must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently

  • Must be located in the United States

  • Must speak fluent English

  • Priority is given to applicants in the CST time zone, but all U.S. Time zones are welcome to apply.
